Description
The “Master of Arts in Inclusive Change Processes in Organizations” is a German-taught program that comprises 90 ECTS-Credits. It is designed for applicants with a similar Bachelor’s degree who wish to further their qualifications. Throughout their studies, participants will focus mainly on Inclusion Theory, Inclusion and Exclusion in Social Institutions, Organizational Development and Change Management, Inclusion-Centric Strategy Development, Counselling, and more. Additionally, students can diversify their education by taking up elective modules. The MA is application-oriented and aims to provide participants with hands-on experience, key competencies, and soft skills. Upon completion of the program, graduates are qualified to assume positions in social institutions, international organisations, NGOs, etc.
