Description
The “Master of Arts in Management, Ethics, and Innovation in the Nonprofit Sector” is a 5-semester program taught in German. It is designed for applicants with a corresponding Bachelor’s degree who wish to further their qualifications. The curriculum consists of multifaceted courses with a focus on Stakeholder Management, Management of Internal and External Stakeholders, Social Work and Social Change, Innovation and Strategic Management, and Design and Control of Organizations. Additionally, students can align their education with their interests by taking up elective modules. Through various case studies and application-oriented seminars, participants will acquire hands-on experience, key competencies, and soft skills. Upon completion of the program, graduates are qualified to assume leadership positions in nonprofit organisations.
