At the Psychologische Hochschule Berlin, known as PHB, there is an opportunity to complete a “Master of Science in Behavior Therapy” course, which will be the preparation phase for the practitioner’s license required by law in order to become a scientist practitioner. Students work in small collaborative groups, and academic, as well as campus life, build an extremely stimulating atmosphere for progress in the professional training. A flexible part-time program is combined with practice and the observation of treatment, supervision and self-awareness blocks, all of which contribute to gaining insight into the problematics and methodology for dealing with it. Studies are concluded through a master’s thesis, which can also be a joint research endeavor, in tune with the networking and cooperative tone of the studies at PHB.
