Students at the Psychologische Hochschule Berlin can enroll in the “Bachelor of Science in Psychology” degree course, where all the fundamentals of the scientific aspect of Psychology will be dealt with. The path to follow after graduation can be either straight to a professional application of the things learned, or a graduate course of studies, offered at the university. The program taps in the spheres of General, Biological and Personality Psychology, Diagnostics, Developmental, Social, and Intercultural Psychology. These give an overview of the broad scope of perspectives and aspects psychology has a voice in nowadays. The way human behavior is conditioned by external and internal factors and the psychological characteristics, motivation and its determinants, and, above all, the way to collect data and treat it, and the methodology of psychological interpretation and intervention, all these and more will be shed light upon during the six-semester course of studies. Further application areas can be deepened if desired, which could help the preparation for a professional license.
