The Psychologische Hochschule Berlin, PHB for short, offers students the opportunity to continue their studies beyond the undergraduate level, and obtain the “Master of Science in Psychology”. The course is a 120 ECTS academic load one, with a duration of four semesters. The aspects, which it encompasses, allow for a broad specter of application in the professional field, through the obtainment of a license, or for further studies and specializations. The responsible body for the program is The House of Psychology, which functions within an international network of academies and institutes, and whose specialists are often invited to lecture on current topics concerning the subject matter of the degree program. It, on its turn, includes aspects like research methods and evaluation, psychological diagnostics, clinical psychology and psychotherapy, organizational and business psychology, psychology of work, health and law, as well as many elective modules with contemporary problematics. Specialization is chosen among those, in accordance with the personal interests of each student, and the design of the course in block hours allows for a reconciliation of study, work and family.
