The Master studies course “Master of Science in Business Psychology” is provided by the Rheinische Fachhochschule Cologne. It is divided into a four-semester full-time, or five-semester part-time, 120-ECTS degree. There is an increasing job market share of specialists in psychology at present, so completion of the studies will be immediately followed by a position in the HR management, consulting, and market research, as well autonomous practice, if preferred. The course is accredited by ZEVA and recognized by the German Association of Professional Psychologists – BdP. A completed Bachelor is required and an aptitude test is to be taken at the admission. Due to the recent digitalization of work and social processes, the demographic and cultural changes, there are now new implications of the psychological science, one of which is integrating Big Data into health psychology research and analysis.
