RFH, which stands for the Rheinische Fachhochschule, Köln, provides the “Master of Arts in International Business Administration”. It is focused on the challenges global networking presents for managers nowadays. Optimal methodological skills are needed to respond to the technologically advanced, short-term, dynamic market requirements. Apart from that, solid intercultural awareness and ethics are needed more than ever in order to build a well-orchestrated, and efficient team. Specialists claim that present-day business works inside the VUCA environment, one of volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity, which puts leadership skills to the test. The design of the program is in four bilingual semesters in Cologne, including an optional one abroad, and 120 credit points.
