Description

The RFK, Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln, offers a part-time Master of Engineering degree in “Occupational, Operational and Plant Safety” for further education after already completed bachelor’s degree and, at least, one year of professional experience. The degree program spreads into four semesters, and lectures are taken on Saturday evenings. It brings students ninety credit points and proficiency in security technology – technical reliability, risk analysis, critical infrastructures, and their legal framework. Managerial skills and approaches are also included in the program, to equip students with the expertise in operational interactions. The degree is not focused on any particular industry, which makes it suitable for all scientific backgrounds.
