Description
The study program “Bachelor of Arts in Culture, Individual and Society” offered at the Ruhr-Universität Bochum public university provides a full-time combined bachelor course with a duration of six semesters. This program is targeted towards participants who would like to pursue a career in a professional sphere in which a scientific understanding of the intricate relationship between individuals and society is required. The interdisciplinary approach of the Bachelor program allows students to investigate the various ways in which people operate in a particular community while using theories and methods from the field of sociology, political science, psychology and anthropology. To put the acquired knowledge into practice, participants are given the opportunity to take part in a two-month internship at a related organization.
