The study program “Master of Arts in German Studies” offered at Ruhr University Bochum provides a full-time combined master course with a duration of four semesters. This program is targeted towards prospective students who are interested in pursuing employment in cultural institutions where academic knowledge of German philology is required. The Master program is an ideal continuation for participants with a relevant Bachelor’s degree. The aim of it is to enable students to obtain specialist knowledge in linguistics, literary studies and cultural studies.
