The study program “Bachelor of Science in Mathematics” offered at Ruhr University Bochum provides a full-time mono-bachelor course with a duration of six semesters. This program is targeted towards participants who are motivated to seek a career path in organizations in which scientific knowledge of the study of mathematics is required. The interdisciplinary approach of the Bachelor program provides students with the theories and methods of examining the study of quantities from an academic perspective.  Additionally, participants are stimulated to think of creative approaches through which different organic and engineering operations could be developed in the future with the help of mathematics. Completing a two-month internship at a related scholarly institution, ideally at the end of the second year, is recommended.
