The study program “Master of Arts in Organizational Management” offered at Ruhr-University Bochum provides a full-time mono-master course with a duration of four semesters. This program is targeted towards graduates from all disciplines who wish to gain academic knowledge of how to use resources efficiently to achieve the ultimate panning and control at the workplace. The three pillar model of the Master’s program, Humans-Technology-Organization enables students to acquire scholarly understandings of the central themes of the subject matter. Some of the specialist modules that participants could major in are “Human Resources Management”, “Change Management”, “Knowledge Communication”, and “Integrated Quality and Human Resources Management”. Participation in exchange programs with partner universities abroad is optional.
