The study program “Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences” offered at Ruhr University Bochum provides a full-time mono-bachelor course with a duration of six semesters. This program is targeted towards participants who would like to gain scientific knowledge in the different sub-disciplines of the field of Social Sciences. The aim of the Bachelor program is to combine the study of sociology, psychology and anthropology so that students could acquire the necessary methodological skills to reflect on the social and political framework of the multicultural European continent. An empirical investigation of European cultural and economic practices from an international perspective is also highly discussed here. Additionally, the program requires participants to complete a two-month internship program.
