The study program “Master of Science in Sport & Exercise Sciences for Health and Performance” offered at Ruhr University Bochum provides a full-time mono-master course with a duration of four semesters. This program is targeted towards graduates of the field of Sport Sciences who wish to acquire empirical knowledge about the various ways in which regular exercising could result in excellent health conditions in humans.
