The Sankt Georgen Graduate School of Philosophy and Theology, founded in 1926, is a state-accredited ecclesiastical institution of higher education seated in Frankfurt am Main, Hesse. It is funded by the Deutsche Provinz der Jesuiten. The School accomodates almost 400 students. It offers a six-semester Bachelor program in Philosophy, as well as a ten-semester Magister program in Theology. The educational portfolio of the Sankt Georgen Graduate School of Philosophy and Theology also includes postgraduate studies leading to a licentiate or a doctoral degree. Among those studies are the study programs “Islam and Christian-Muslim Encounter“, “Media and Public Communication“, as well as “Pastoral Psychology and Spirituality“.
