The six-semester study program “Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration – Human Resource Management” offered by SRH University Heidelberg puts an emphasis on the employees and the cycle they go through in their working life. Students will learn not only about personnel planning and recruitment, but also assistance and growth. They will look at how to keep employees and manage them, as well as what communication channels have the HR managers in various scenarios. Some of the topics that are addressed during the curriculum are strategy and human resource management, leadership models, labour law basics, digitalization, etc. Setting an emphasis on human resource management, finishing an internship in the field and writing a bachelor`s thesis will all be reflected in the bachelor`s degree diploma, as the chosen focal point, namely human resource management, will be shown. Graduates of the program have the opportunity to work at all industries. They can build careers in HR consultancy, personnel departments, personnel development, etc.
