The six-semester study program “Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration – Real Estate Industry” offered by SRH University Heidelberg provides students with knowledge about all of the instruments of business administration as well as the legal principles of the complete real estate life cycle. The curriculum is comprised of four very practice-oriented parts: construction and real estate legislation, both public and private, loan security and real estate finance, real estate valuation techniques, and services tendering and awarding in the real estate business. Setting an emphasize on real estate industry, finishing an internship in the field and writing a bachelor`s thesis will all reflect in the bachelor`s degree diploma, as the chosen focal point, namely real estate industry, will be shown. Graduates can build careers in the real estate management, sales, valuation and processing of real estate, etc.
