The six-semester study program “Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration – Restructuring and Reorganization Management” offered by SRH University Heidelberg prepares students rigorously for a career in a company or consulting. The course of study focuses on the company crises, their recognition from an early stage and the solutions needed to get out of such a crise. Corporate restructuring is viewed as a comprehensive process that encompasses strategy realignment, operational improvement and financial restoration. Some of the material that will be taught during the course of study is determination of types and courses of crises, integrated restructuring planning, criminal and liability law risk in a crisis, introduction to bankruptcy law, etc. Setting an emphasis on restructuring and reorganization management finishing an internship in the field and writing a bachelor`s thesis will all reflect in the bachelor`s degree diploma, as the chosen focal point, namely restructuring and reorganization management, will be shown. Graduates of the program can work in banks, auditing, restructuring consultancy, etc.
