The six-semester study program “Bachelor of Laws in Commercial Law – Family Business and Entrepreneurship” offered by SRH University Heidelberg provides a basis education in business law, continued by a comprehensive study in a desired field. Students will learn how to improve the family` creative power in the business and how to assess legal elements of potential hazards like family conflicts and succession planning. Moreover, participants will also learn how to explore market possibilities in a methodical way and generate unique company concepts. As students finish an internship in the area of family business and entrepreneurship and then write their Bachelor`s thesis, focused on the same field, they develop a unique speciality in their subject of study, which will be reflected on their bachelor`s certificate. The program prepares graduates to work in small and medium-sized business, start-ups, project consulting for institutions, etc.
