The “Master of Engineering in Digital Media Production” is a German-taught program with a duration of 4 semesters. It is designed for applicants with a corresponding Bachelor’s degree or a Diploma who wish to further their qualifications. Throughout their studies, participants will gain an in-depth understanding of Tv, Video and Audio Production, Storytelling, Video, Audio and Studio Technology, Media Coding, Digital Imaging Techniques, Information Visualization, Production for 360-degree videos, and Augmented and Virtual Reality. Additionally, students can align their education to their interests by taking up elective modules. The MEng is application-oriented and aims to provide participants with hands-on experience, key competencies, and soft skills needed for day-to-day operations. Occupational opportunities include work in audio and music industries, interactive audiovisual media, journalism, creative industries, advertising and marketing, digital technologies, etc.
