The “Master of Science in Computer Science” is a 3-semester program conducted in German. It is a continuation of the corresponding Bachelor’s degree offered at Stralsund University. The focal point of the program is to deepen the knowledge of students and introduce them to more complex matters. The curriculum consists of interdisciplinary courses with a focus on Mathematics, Databases and Information Systems, IT Project Management, Programming, Virtual Reality, etc. Participants can also choose from a plethora of elective modules and personalise their studies. Through various group projects and application-oriented seminars, students will gain hands-on experience and key competencies. Furthermore, the MSc promotes the development of soft skills needed for a successful career. Graduates are qualified to assume leadership positions in It Security Consulting, Analysis and Testing, Software Development, Development of intelligent and Safe Assistance Systems, Sales and Marketing, etc.
