The four-semester study course “Master of Science in Library Informatics” is offered by the Technical University of Applied Sciences Wildau. It is aimed at prospective students who are interested in technologies, and wish to further their qualification. Participants acquire solid theoretical knowledge of the information technologies. They learn how to work with complex hardware and software programs, as well as how to manage different tasks independently. Some of the subjects, offered at the course are Spectrum Informatics, Programming, Databases, Artificial Intelligence, Library Management Systems, Search Engine Technology. After successful completion of “Library Informatics” graduates are qualified for career in information institutions.
