The study course “Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry” at the Technical University of Munich has a duration of six semesters. The program integrates chemistry and biology and crosses the interface between chemistry, biology and medicine. Students learn to analyze biochemical reaction mechanisms as the intracellular transport of substances, cellular differentiation, signalling cascades, or cellular stress responses and molecular causes of illnesses.
