Description
The program “Bachelor of Science in Food Chemistry” at the Technical University of Munich has a length of six semesters. It provides fundamental knowledge in inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry, biochemistry and analytical chemistry. The program aims to design strategies that address the growing need for healthy and safe food in society.
