Description
The study course “Master of Science in Food Chemistry” at the Technical University of Munich has a continuation of four semesters. The program extends and deepens the already acquired knowledge and competencies from the undergraduate course. The training encompasses all the food processes from production through processing and packing to preparation. Students develop skills to independently cope with compound questions, formulate goals, and successfully communicate results to a given target group. Graduates can pursue a career in food safety, commercial laboratories and the nutrition industry.
