The program “Bachelor of Science in Forest Science and Resource Management” at the Technical University of Munich has a duration of six semesters. It strives to prepare students to make sustainable use of resources, concerning forest and wood as renewable resources. The training includes modular courses, an internship and a bachelor’s thesis. During the course, students acquire the basic principles of sustainable economic activity and trade. Graduates can start career activities such as management of a small forestry company, a position in a company in the forestry or wood industries, or forestry consultancy.
