The “Master of Science in Integrated Circuit Design” program at the Technical University of Munich lasts four semesters and is in English. The goal of the course is to train future engineers and entrepreneurial leaders for the fast-moving semiconductor industry. The training focuses on both integrated circuit architectural concepts and the design methodology and automation of circuits. Students develop in-depth knowledge and competencies in Integrated Circuit Design. Graduates can choose a career as an IC Design Engineer or continue their education with a PhD.
