The full-time program “Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering” at the Technical University of Munich has a continuation of six semesters. The course is designed for students interested in bringing a robot to life, 3D print medical implants, design wind turbines, build a hyperloop, autonomously driving cars and other topics from the field. The training provides students with the basics of mathematics, technical mechanics, materials science, thermodynamics and then they choose a topic to specialize. Students acquire profound knowledge in natural sciences and engineering and develop abilities to apply scientific methods. Graduates can start their careers in engineering, machinery, plant and vehicle construction, aerospace and supply and service companies.
