The full-time course “Master of Science in Resource Efficient and Sustainable Building” at the Technical University of Munich has a duration of four semesters and is taught in German and English. It focuses on major issues of the construction industry, such as developing, planning and implementing sustainable solutions for resource efficiency. The course aims to train qualified engineers, architects and planners for the field of resource-efficient and sustainable building. The training includes the four areas of Sustainability in architecture, city and landscape, Building technology and renewable energies, Building physics and energy efficiency and Structural engineering and life cycle engineering. Students develop abilities in design and planning on the building, district, city and region levels.
