Provided by the Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt, the seven-semester study course “Bachelor of Arts in Management in Social Professions” is primarily oriented to teach how to successfully lead employees and enables graduates to further specialize in management of kindergartens, daycare centers, management of social institution associations or interface area. The course is accredited with a certificate and explores the social pedagogy, health promotion, psychology, social informatics and more various topics. The curriculum includes internships, elective modules and a practical semester where participants are able to expand their experience in the social work-related field.
