The practice-oriented study program “Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering” is offered by the Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt with a total duration of seven semesters. The program’s focus falls on the practical learning of scientific methods in physics, mechanics, math, electrical engineering as well as computer science. During their study, participants take a practical semester and have the opportunity to select their desired area in the field of vehicle mechatronics or production mechatronics. The “Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering” provides the chance to take part in the design, development and implementation of the intelligent, digital, networked products, packaging machines, high-speed elevators and numerous more products. Based on the science, the bachelor degree professionally qualifies graduates how to work independently as mechanical engineers and enables them to specialize in various areas of application in automotive industry, aviation industry, machine tool construction, process engineering, and engineering consulting.
