The University of Music Trossingen offers the “Bachelor of Music in Church Music B” as a full-time, eight-semester program. This program is provided to the students, due to the collaboration between the University of Music Trossingen and the Catholic University for Church Music Rottenburg. It aims to introduce the students to the basics and principles of church music. The main goal of this undergraduate degree is to further the academic knowledge and skills of the participants in connection with church music, artistic behaviour, performance, music theories, orchestra, choir, jazz music, singing and many others. After successful graduation, the participants will be able to work across the church music industry in variety of places. The entry requirements include a general university entry qualification.
