“Bachelor of Music in Early Music: Historical Keyboard, Lute and Guitar Instruments, artistic-pedagogical profile’’ is an eight-semester degree program offered at Trossingen University of Music. The course is aimed at teaching prospective students about the fundamental principles of being a musical teacher in the field of early music and historical performance practice. Together with renowned lecturers, participants will explore the sound of music from the Renaissance to the Romantic period. What is more, throughout their studies, participants will have access to numerous historical instruments, as well as old textbooks that can further help them to better understand ancient music. Some examples of the available instruments are violin, harpsichord, organ, fortepiano, clavichord, theorbo, dulcian, etc.
