“Bachelor of Music in Early Music: Voice, artistic-pedagogical profile’’ is an eight-semester degree program offered at Trossingen University of Music. The course is aimed at prospective students who want to acquire artistic knowledge necessary for practicing the profession of a music teacher. Here, a strong focus is placed on early music and historical performance practice, which means that participants will explore music from the Renaissance to the Romantic period. Throughout the study process, students will develop their own individual approaches to interpretation through singing. The curriculum is comprised of modules in Ear Training, Music Theory, Music Pedagogy, Chamber Music, Song Composition, etc.
