The University of Music Trossingen provides its students with the “Master of Music in Music Education”. This course is a full-time, German-taught, two- or four-semester program. The main purpose of this Master’s course is to expand the already gained academic abilities of the students in connection with music education. Furthermore, the participants will deepen their understanding in the fields of music teaching, secondary school education, pedagogy, teaching theories, artistic development, jazz music, popular music, music industry, singing, stage performance, stage behaviour, etc. The future graduates will be highly qualified to start working as music teachers within schools, universities and private centres. The admission requirements consist of a finalised Bachelor’s degree in the fields of music education.
