TU Vienna, founded in 1815, is a public university seated in Vienna, Austria. With more than 29,000 students, it is the largest educational institution in the fields of Natural Science and Technology throughout Austria. TU Vienna is organized into eight faculties: the Faculty of Architecture and Planning, the Faculty of Civil Engineering, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and IT, the Faculty of Informatics, the Faculty of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering, the Faculty of Mathematics and Geoinformation, the Faculty of Physics, and the Faculty of Technical Chemistry.
