Description
The “Master of Engineering in Food Technology” course at the University of Applied Sciences Bremerhaven has a duration of three semesters. The program strives to teach students to develop new foods that have new techno-functional properties. The training encompasses the areas of food technology, food industry, product innovation and food process engineering. The syllabus includes the four-block modules innovation, leadership, special technologies and Process Engineering.
