The University of Europe for Applied Sciences offers the “Bachelor of Arts in Illustration”. This course is provided in two locations – Berlin and Hamburg. This program is an English-taught course, for the students who undertake the program in Berlin. Furthermore, this undergraduate degree is a six-semester, full-time course. It aims to introduce the students to the basics of illustration. Therefore, the participants will get familiar with the fields of painting, art, fine arts, digital techniques, illustration models and principles, visualization, digital media, methodology, painting, etc. Both lectures and practical seminars are provided for this course. The students also get a chance to an internship. The admission requirements consist of a general university entry certificate, an aptitude test, as well as language skills in German or English.
