The “Master of Arts in General Management” program at the University of Applied Sciences Jena has a duration of three semesters. This course gives students a qualification in business administration at such a high level that they can start work in managerial positions. The program focuses on global and international economics. Furthermore, the curriculum concentrates on Corporate Governance, Marketing, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Finance, accounting and taxes, Personnel and labour law. Students will develop competencies such as planning, designing, coordinating, organizing, leading and others. The admission requirement is a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, and students should pass an aptitude test.
