The University of Applied Sciences – Public Administration and Finance Ludwigsburg, founded in 1999, is a public university seated in Ludwigsburg, Baden-Wuerttemberg. It serves as a facility for training people as senior civil servants. Some 2,400 students are currently enrolled there. The University is organized into two faculties: the Faculty of Management and Law, and the Faculty of Tax and Business Law. On offer are undergraduate dual programs and postgraduate programs. The scope of undergraduate studies includes the courses “Public Financial Management“ (B.A., concentrations: Law, Administration Management, Public Business Administration), “Public Management“ (B.A.), “Pension Insurance Management“ (B.A.), as well as “Tax Administration“ (LL.B.). Added to this are the Master programs “European Public Administration“ (M.A.), and “Public Management“ (M.A., extra-occupational), the certificate course “Cultural Management“, as well as the contact study course “Municipal Accountant“ (in partnership with the Württembergische Verwaltungs- und Wirtschafts-Akademie (VWA) Stuttgart.
