Description
The “Bachelor of Science in Agriculture“ is a 7-semester program conducted in German. It can be also carried out as a dual-study course. The curriculum consists of interdisciplinary courses in Natural Sciences, Technology, Economics, Quality Assurance of Foods, Raw Materials, Sustainable Production, and more. Students will receive in-depth theoretical and practical training. They’ll have the opportunity to set their career paths early on by building their own profile and choosing between 4 key areas - Crop Production, Animal Production, Agricultural Economics, and Agribusiness Marketing and Management. Participants will also focus on the development of key competencies and soft skills such as project management, leadership, communication and organisation, teamwork, etc. Graduates are qualified for work in product development and consulting in the agricultural industry, agricultural commerce and marketing, accounting companies, tax firms, insurance companies, assessment work, and research and development, testing. They can also pursue a consecutive Master’s degree.
