The “Bachelor of Engineering in Brewing and Beverage Technology” is a 7-semester program taught in German. It is also offered as a dual-study course. The curriculum includes interdisciplinary courses with a focus on Natural Sciences, Raw Materials, Manufacturing Processes, Production and Filling, Distribution, and Marketing and Sales. Throughout their education, students will gain extensive theoretical and practical knowledge. Furthermore, they’ll have the opportunity to carry out their own scientific work and gain hands-on experiance. The BEng also promotes the development of soft skills and professional core competencies needed for a successful career. Graduates can find employment in the sectors of Engineering, Business Administration, and Research and Development, or pursue a consecutive Master’s degree.
