Description
The “Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental Engineering” is a German-taught program with a duration of 7 semesters. It is also offered as a work-study course, suitable for individuals who wish to balance out their career, education, and private lives. Throughout their education, students will gain in-depth knowledge in Natural Sciences, Mathematics, Technology, IT, Economics, and all Environmental aspects. Participants will have the opportunity to align their education with their interests by choosing a field of study - Waste Management, Soil Conservation and Abandoned Hazardous Sites, Restoration and Renaturation of Aquatic Environments, Environmental and Conservation Planning, and Renewable Energies. The BEng is practice-oriented and aims to familiarise students with the working environment and teach them key competencies and soft skills. Depending on their specialisation of choice, graduates are qualified to work in Environmental Analysis, Waste Water Treatment, Water Management, Research and Education, Consultancy, Certification, and Engineering companies, Environmental and Quality Management, Environmental Planning, etc.
