The „Bachelor of Science in Foodstuff Management“ is a German-taught program with a duration of 7 semesters. It is also offered as a dual study course, suitable for applicants who wish to work and study at the same time. The curriculum includes multifaceted courses with a focus on Natural Sciences, Economics, Microbiology and Food Hygiene, Sustainable Production, Process Engineering of Food of Plant/Animal Origin, Production Management, Food and Trade Class Law, and more.
