Description
The “Master of Engineering in Food Quality” is a German-taught program with a duration of 3 semesters. It is a continuation of the Bachelor’s program in Foodstuffs Management. The focal point of the course is to intensify the theoretical knowledge of students and provide them with practical relevance. It offers participants two fields of study to specialise in - Product Development and Product Safety. Throughout their education, students acquire hands-on experience and gain key methodological and technical skills needed for day-to-day operations. Additionally, participants can choose between elective modules and further their qualifications. Furthermore, the MEng focuses on personal growth and soft skills development. Graduates are qualified for managerial positions in various sectors of the field.
