The “Bachelor of Engineering in Landscape Architecture” is a 7-semester, full-time program conducted in German. The curriculum consists of interdisciplinary courses with a focus on natural sciences, landscaping, botany, design and planning. Students will acquire an in-depth understanding of key concepts and gain industry-specific knowledge. The BEng is application-oriented and provides participants with practical training in a landscape architecture office, with an authority, horticulture and landscaping business. The practical phase will ensure that participants get familiar with the working environment and acquire hands-on experience. From the sixth semester onward, students will have the opportunity to choose a specialisation that will shape their career paths. Graduates are qualified for work in town and country planning, urban and landscape planning, nature conservation and regeneration, property supervision, and more.
