The “Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Supply Management“ is a 7-semester program conducted in German. It is also offered as a dual study course. In the first semesters, students will focus on Mathematics, Natural Sciences, Social Sciences, Economics, as well as Nutrition basics. Later on, they’ll acquire vocational knowledge linked to foods and nutrition and also dive into Nutrition and Health, Food Supply Management, Food Quality, Development and Product Management. The program is practice-oriented and aims to provide participants with hands-on experience and prepare them for day-to-day operations. The program offers students the opportunity to expand their horizons by carrying out a semester abroad. Graduates can begin their careers in the field of nutrition and food supply management right away or further their education and pursue a Master’s degree.
