The “Bachelor of Science in Organic Foods Products & Business” is a 7-semester program conducted in German. The curriculum combines multifaceted courses revolving around 4 main elements of the Organic Foods Industry - Processing, Production, Promotion, and Prosumption. Students will gain an in-depth understanding of the importance of ecological, economic, and social sustainability.
