Description

The study course “Bachelor of Engineering in Real Estate Management” at the RheinMain University of Applied Sciences has a length of six semesters. It aims to qualify students as generalists for the real estate industry. The training concentrates on engineering and technical issues. Students study the modules such as Fundamentals of real estate management, mathematics for engineers, German Civil Code (BGB) and construction contract law, fundamentals of construction technology and personnel deployment and personnel management. The program is admission restricted. Graduates find career opportunities in real estate project development, the housing industry, valuation and commercial real estate use, banks, facility and asset management.
