Description


There is the Master’s degree course “Master of Arts in Brand and Media Management” offered at the University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt. It is completed in three semesters. A requirement for at least twenty weeks of practical experience exists. The aim of the studies is to get familiar with the operations in brand-oriented or media companies, agencies and consultancies, so that brand strategies and planning become students’ field of expertise. To do so, graduates are exposed to first-hand experience in two projects and field work, and there is an expected relevant practice-oriented research in their master’s thesis. Business management, quantitative methods, law, marketing, branding and media, are subject areas, in which students are expected to already possess a qualification, in order to build upon it through the twelve modules of specific subjects like e-commerce, mobile and social media marketing, influencer marketing, media production, and media law, among many others.
